Registered 2020 European Sample Management Symposium attendees are invited to a live webinar with the European Sample Management Program Committee on 16 March from 1- 2 p.m. CET. Join the committee as they discuss the program, next steps in engaging the community, upcoming programming, and what is happening now in sample management.

Registrants can access the webinar by logging into APPLIED.

Additional virtual and in-person events will include:

  • Four webinars by program speakers: two each in April and May
  • In-person presentations by program speakers at a special sample management event in Vienna, in conjunction with the SLAS Europe 2020 Conference and Exhibition, June 2-5

Student Registration

SLAS is pleased to offer discounted registration for students. Students may register online but should be prepared to email a copy of their valid and current student ID to at the time of registration. Student registrations will not be confirmed until a valid copy of their student ID is received by SLAS. Please see the registration rates above for student registration pricing.


On-site Registration Location & Hours

Registration will be located at the Foyer on the ground floor of the Radisson Blu Hotel. Badges will not be mailed in advance of this event. Please plan to collect your attendee badge at the following times:

  • Monday, March 16: 8:30 a.m. – 5:50 p.m.
  • Tuesday, March 17: 9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.


Cancellations & Refund Requests

In the event of cancellation, written communication must be sent by email to Refund requests submitted on or before February 21, 2020, are subject to a €50 administrative fee (excl. 19% German VAT). Refund requests received after February 21, 2020, will not be possible. Refunds will be issued in the same format as payment was received. All cancellations will be processed, and refunds distributed within 30 days of the close of the conference.


Name Changes

For changing the name of an attendee to another representative of the same organisation, an administrative fee of €50 (excl. 19% German VAT) will be charged. For each name change you must notify the Registration Office by email to before 2 March 2020. Name change participants agree to take over all booked programme items of the orinally registered participant.
