Cancellation Policy: Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refund requests submitted on or before October 15 are subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refund requests received after October 15 will not be refundable. Refunds will be issued in the same format as payment was received. All cancellations will be processed and refunds distributed within 30 days of the close of the conference.
