SLAS is excited to bring the SLAS2023 International Conference and Exhibition back to San Diego, CA. A variety of registration options exist for both in-person attendance and on-demand access to conference content post-event.
Please note there is no live streaming registration option for this event.

Details regarding which sessions will be available on-demand will be available as the event date approaches and noted within the SLAS2023 Event Scheduler and conference website. Sessions will be available within APPLIED as soon as is possible post-event.

Short course registration is not included in the conference registration fee schedule above and is an additional cost. You may add short courses to your conference registration at any time. Short courses will be held on Saturday, February 25 and Sunday, February 26.
SLAS is pleased to offer deeply discounted registration to students. Students should be prepared to upload a copy of their valid and current student ID at the time of registration. Student registrations will not be confirmed until a valid copy of student ID is received by SLAS. See the registration grid above for student registration pricing. NEW in 2023: The SLAS Corporate Partner Student Support Program provides free Student membership for 2023, see SLAS Membership for more information.
Note: Student conference registration does not include Short Course registration; a discounted rate for Short Courses is available to students.

Complimentary registration is available upon request and qualification for currently unemployed individuals wishing to attend SLAS2023. The waiver request form is available using the online form. Once an individual's application is reviewed and approved, the Registration Manager will provide a code to be used for complimentary registration within 7-10 business days. Fee waiver is for main registration fee only. Short courses and other add-on options are an additional fee.
In order to register at the discounted rate(s) as noted above, SLAS must receive all registration forms and payment by the appropriate date, as listed below. Registrations are not honored until payment is received.

Online registration for SLAS2023 is the only advance registration method as it allows for immediate confirmation and secure payment processing. All conference registration information, including credit card information, is handled by a secure server.
Participants who register online will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately upon successful completion of the registration; if you do not receive a confirmation, please contact SLAS2023 Registration at slasreg@discoversb.com or +1-301-547-3963.
To request an invitation letter for purposes of applying for a US travel visa, complete the registration process first, and then complete the Visa Invitation Request Form. Upon review/approval, we will provide an invitation letter to you via email within 7-10 business days.
SLAS has no influence on the decision of any U. S. embassy or consulate to approve or reject any application for a visa to enter the United States. As an applicant, it is your responsibility to present legitimate reasons for attending SLAS2023 and provide all necessary documentation to support your request for a visa. If you have specific questions about obtaining a visa, contact the U. S. Department of State Bureau of Consulate Affairs Visa Services at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas.html.
Badges will not be mailed in advance of SLAS2023. Due to potential safety measures needed at this in-person event, information regarding badge pickup will be confirmed as the conference approaches. Each individual must pick up their own registration badge. The following items must be presented at onsite registration (no exceptions - mobile versions are permitted):

Attendees should plan to pick up their credentials and badge holder prior to entering the conference and/or exhibition.
Exhibitor Badge Pickup Hours
The following dates and times have been designated for exhibitor badge pick up. This is to help ensure that exhibitor registrants have collected their badge before the exhibition opens and to avoid lines and crowds.
All full conference in-person participants and online-only registrants will be e-mailed content access credentials as soon as the content is available in APPLIED post-event. Exhibition-Only registrants will not have access to the virtual platform, but may purchase on-demand access to content at an additional charge. Please note there is no live streaming registration option for this event.
Cancellation Requests: Conference and/or Short Course registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to slasreg@discoversb.com.
Please note that, if approved, all refunds will be issued in the same format as payment was received. All cancellations will be processed, and refunds distributed within 30 days of the close of the conference. The following cancellation request deadlines apply:
Substitutions Can be made at any time with no charge incurred to the registrant by emailing slasreg@discoversb.com with the name of the original registrant and name/email address of the substitute.
Changes to Registration Type: Those wishing to change their registration from in-person to on-demand only or vice versa, must do so by contacting SLAS2023 Registration at slasreg@discoversb.com.
Membership Fees: Membership dues refunds for dues purchased via registration must be approved by SLAS and are not refundable via event registration. To request a membership dues refund, please contact Suanne Determan.

I UNDERSTAND THAT BY INDICATING COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS BELOW, I AM ENTERING INTO A LEGAL AGREEMENT, WHICH BINDS ME TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE SLAS AND THE RELEASED.
When registering for SLAS2023, you acknowledge receiving the SLAS Privacy Notice (https://www.slas.org/privacy-notice-non-eu/ for US and non-EU citizens or https://www.slas.org/privacy-notice-eu/ for UK and EU citizens) and will be required to agree to the registration terms and conditions. No one under the age of 16, including infants, will be admitted to the event. Everyone 16 years of age and older must register. There are no exceptions. Proof of age may be required.
