SLAS2022 has negotiated special rates and benefits for conference attendees at three of Boston’s premier convention center hotels. Not only are these hotels conveniently located adjacent to the convention center, but SLAS2022 attendees benefit in several other ways:
By staying in the SLAS block of guest rooms, SLAS is able to contract premier facilities such as the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. Additionally, you are helping the Society meet its contractual obligations to the hotels, avoid penalties and help to underwrite the cost of convention center rental, therefore keeping conference registration fees as affordable as possible. Your support of booking your room within the SLAS2022 guest room block is greatly appreciated.
Be aware that exhibitors are often solicited by unaffiliated hotels or third-party housing agencies to book hotel reservations. Any solicitations or communications regarding hotel bookings from non-SLAS employees should not be considered valid. When SLAS is notified of these solicitations, we immediately demand a cease and desist of such practices.

These groups often advertise a lower rate than is promoted by SLAS for the official SLAS2022 hotels. In some circumstances these reservations have non-refundable or pre-payment requirements and harsh and unforgiving cancellation policies. In some cases, reservations do not even exist at the time of check-in at the booked hotel. For these reasons, and to support SLAS official partners and ensure a quality experience, we encourage you to book your reservations through the processes outlined on this website.
