Exhibitor Emails: Invite Your Customers
Exhibitor Emails is a FREE service available to all SLAS2021 Digital exhibitors via the SLAS2021 Digital Exhibitor Registration portal. This service that allows your company to issue invitations to YOUR EXISTING CUSTOMER/PROSPECT LIST, whether or not they are already affiliated with SLAS or not.
Included are easy-to-use pre-written email templates for your customers, colleagues and prospective customers.
This service allows exhibitors to upload their customer list and send a pre-formatted promotion regarding participation at SLAS2021 Digital. Given that SLAS2021 Digital is FREE to SLAS members, there is no better time to make use of this service.
Complimentary Customer Badges: Assign Your Comp Badges
As an SLAS2021 Digital Exhibitor, your company receives an allotment of complimentary full access conference passes to offer to your colleagues and/or customers.
SLAS2021 Digital is FREE to current SLAS members (with paid dues through 2021) and offered at a rate of $249.00 to non-members. This allotment of passes will allow non-member colleagues and/or customers to register free of charge.
The system will track your allotment automatically and recognize member and non-member status for each individual. You may wish to share this link only with contacts who you know are not SLAS members.
Attendee List Access: Email the SLAS2021 Digital Registration List
SLAS offers SLAS2021 Digital exhibitors access to the SLAS2021 Digital (opt-in) registration list based on the allotment of access associated with each exhibition tier. Access to the list is complimentary, but a $250 fulfillment fee is charged at the time you schedule your email. This is paid directly to the bonded mail house (CDS).
Here you can upload your HTML email template and filter down the SLAS2021 Digital attendee list based on your preferences.
Scheduling of pre-show list emails begins in December and there are a limited number of emails scheduled per day, so we do suggest scheduling your email as soon as possible
Post-show list emails will be available for scheduling beginning January 24, 2021.
