Abstract submissions for podium talks are open until 20 March; posters can be submitted until 11 April.
The SLAS Polish life sciences community invites researchers and business partners from the field of drug discovery including those working in biomolecular and genetic screening, target validation, medicinal chemistry, and laboratory automation, to attend the second SLAS Warsaw Regional Community Meet-up. Present your achievements, discuss challenges with peers and benefit from networking and collaboration with the best specialists in the field.

The lectures will be held in Aula 0.22b, and the registration and poster session will take place in the foyer just outside the lecture hall and opposite the registration. The signs directing to the event will be placed at the entrance of the building.
To get to the location with public transportation you can check a timetable here: https://www.wtp.waw.pl/, access for cars is possible from Banacha Street. The parking fee applies to all participants that will use the parking space.
We encourage all of you to network and participate in group discussions during the event. Take advantage of dedicated networking breaks to engage in one-on-one conversations and interactive discussion sessions to actively participate in group discussions on relevant topics. These opportunities are essential for creating a vibrant and engaging Community of Life Science professionals in Poland that we want you to be a part of!

Selected start-ups will have a chance to pitch their ideas to win a spot on the Innovation AveNEW, a designated area of the SLAS Europe 2023 Conference and Exhibition in Brussels, 22-26 May 2023, which is focused on giving exposure to European companies in the life science community.
Students, graduate students, post-doctoral associates and junior faculty (less than four years in first academic appointment) who wish to participate in the event may submit an abstract and opt for one of the SLAS Tony B. Travel Awards, which provide free SLAS Europe 2023 conference registration to those selected to present their work as a podium or poster presentation. The global life sciences audience can provide excellent feedback and ideas for collaboration to move your science forward.
Do not wait – send your abstract by Monday, 20 March to be considered for podium presentation and by 20 March for companies wishing to present a start-up pitch. The final deadline for the poster submission is Tuesday, 11 April.
