The SLAS Europe 2025 Technology Provider Showcases are designed to connect SLAS Europe 2025 attendees with local laboratory automation and biotech companies for half-day, in-person and interactive sessions highlighting their scientific discoveries and collaboration.

Learn about the approaches and integrations that drive their scientific breakthroughs through detailed presentations and equipment demonstrations. At the conclusion of each session, attendees will have the opportunity to tour the facilities and observe equipment workflows in real-time.

The costs for the showcase sessions are as follows:

On or before 31 March 2025: €125
31 March through 19 May 2025: €175
Beginning 20 May 2025: €225

Note: a la carte showcase registration is not available. Participants must be registered for the SLAS Europe 2025 Conference and Exhibition to attend these sessions.

Student Registration

SLAS is pleased to offer deeply discounted registration to students. Students should be prepared to upload a copy of their valid and current student ID at the time of registration. Student registrations will not be confirmed until a valid copy of student ID is received by SLAS. See the registration grid above for student registration pricing.

Unemployed Individual Registration Waiver

Complimentary registration is available upon request and qualification for currently unemployed individuals wishing to attend SLAS Europe 2025. The waiver request form is available using the online form. Once an individual's application is approved, you will receive an email confirmation that will provide a code to be used for complimentary registration. The fee waiver is for the main registration fee only.

Registration Discount Deals

In order to register at the discounted rate(s) as noted above, SLAS must receive all registration forms and payment by the appropriate date, as listed below. Registrations are not honored until payment is received.

*If your SLAS membership expires before 31 December 2024, you must renew your membership prior to taking advantage of the member discounts for the conference. You may renew your membership during the conference registration process.

Method of Registration

Online registration for SLAS Europe 2025 is the only advance registration method as it allows for immediate confirmation and secure payment processing. All conference registration information, including credit card information, is handled by a secure server.

Confirmation

Participants who register online will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately upon successful completion of the registration; if you do not receive a confirmation, please contact SLAS Europe 2025 Registration or call +1.301.658.6929.

Visa Application Support Letter

During the online registration process you will have the option to request a Visa Letter of Invitation. You must first register — paying any applicable registration fees – before you can request a letter of invitation. You will receive the letter via email 48-72 hours after you complete and pay for your registration and complete the letter request form. In order to request a Visa Letter of Invitation, you will be required to submit the following information:

Name as it Appears on Your Passport

If you are a citizen of one of the following countries, you do not require a Visa for stays shorter than 90 days: EU, Switzerland, European Economic Area, and the United States.

Review the Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2018/1806 for current visa requirements.

SLAS recommends that all Letter requests be made as early as possible due to the current Visa application processing schedule.

Refund requests due to being denied a visa will be honored per the refund policy if SLAS is notified of the denial by the refund request deadline of 31 March 2025. Requests received after this deadline will be processed within 30 days of the conference conclusion.

Badge Pick Up

Badges will not be mailed in advance of SLAS Europe 2025. Please bring a copy of your photo ID to the SLAS Europe 2025 registration desk when you arrive at the (CCH) Congress Center Hamburg. Registration hours are listed below. You should plan to pick up your credentials and badge holder prior to entering the conference and/or exhibition.

BADGE SHARING: Sharing of registration badges is not permitted at any time before or during the event. Badges are issued to, can be picked up and used only by the Attendee named in the registration record confirmed by SLAS. Sharing of badges against this policy will result in removal from the event, loss of current and future registration and exhibitor privileges.

Change, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Requests: Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to slaseuropereg@discoversb.com.

Please note that all refunds will be issued in the same format as payment was received, if approved. All cancellations will be processed and refunds distributed within 30 days of the close of the conference. The following cancellation request deadlines apply:

On or before 31 March 2025 are subject to a €100 admin fee.
After 31 March 2025, fees are not refundable.

Substitutions Can be made at any time with no charge incurred to the registrant by emailing slaseuropereg@discoversb.com with the name of the original registrant and name/email address of the substitute.

Changes to Registration Type: Those wishing to change their registration type must do so by contacting SLAS Europe 2025 Registration at slaseuropereg@discoversb.com.

On or before 31 March 2025: Changes may be made at no additional charge. Applicable refunds will be processed accordingly and applied to the same method as payment received.
After 31 March 2025: Downgrades (Full Conference to Exhibition Hall Only) are not permitted.

Membership Fees: Membership dues refunds for dues purchased via the event registration website must be approved by SLAS. To request a membership dues refund, please contact Gina Anzalone, ganzalone@slas.org.

Terms and Conditions

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS. I acknowledge my Event participation may expose me to various risks and dangers. I hereby assume all risks associated with my Event participation, including for personal injury, death, loss of or damage to my property, or any other loss.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, AND ACTIONS. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby waive all claims against, release from all liability (including for negligence), and agree not to bring any action against, SLAS or its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, representatives, contractors, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Released Persons") for personal injury, death, loss of or damage to my property, or any other loss related to my Event participation.

DEFENSE AND INDEMNIFICATION. I shall defend and indemnify SLAS and the Released Persons from all losses, liabilities, claims, and actions (including reasonable attorney's fees and litigation expenses), related to: (i) my acts or omissions; (ii) my Event participation; (iii) the rights granted by me to SLAS under this Agreement; or (iv) my breach of this Agreement.

PUBLICITY PERMISSION. I grant SLAS a worldwide, sub-licensable, assignable, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right (but not the obligation) to photograph, record, digitize, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works based on, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise use and exploit my name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, and other personal characteristics as they may appear in photographs, recordings (audio and visual), writings, messages, and other materials (collectively, "Materials") related to the Event, in all formats and media now known or hereinafter created, for any purpose, including for advertising, trade, and commercial purposes. I acknowledge SLAS is the owner of the Materials and I have no right to inspect or approve the Materials or SLAS's use of the Materials.

MISCELLANEOUS. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, excluding its choice of law rules. Any action must be brought in the federal or state courts located in DuPage County, Illinois. If a court finds a provision of this Agreement unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement remains in effect. As to the provision found unenforceable, the provision is not void, but is to be reformed and enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law. This Agreement is binding on me and my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns.

STATEMENT OF CONDUCT. SLAS has adopted the following Statement of Conduct. By agreeing to the terms and conditions within event registration, you are agreeing to abide by this Statement of Conduct. SLAS reserves the right to remove a non-compliant participant from the event without refund.

EVENT CANCELLATION. SLAS reserves the right to cancel this event due to circumstances beyond the control of the organization. In the event of cancellation, SLAS will do its best to make attendees aware of the cancellation in a timely fashion. Refunds of registration fees are not guaranteed in these circumstances.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING POLICY. No unauthorized photography, audio or video recording is permitted at SLAS events. Photographs are strictly for personal, noncommercial use. Please respect SLAS presenters and attendees and refrain from taking photographs if they request.

REFUND POLICY. Membership dues are non-refundable. Event registration fees are refundable until 31 March 2025, at which time a €100 cancellation fee will apply. After this date, refunds are not available.

NAME SUBSTITUTIONS. Substitution of names on individual registrations are permitted at no charge at any time after registration is finalized, but not after credentials have been picked up at the event.

BADGE SHARING. Sharing of registration badges is not permitted at any time before or during the event. Badges are issued to, can be picked up and used only by the Attendee named in the registration record confirmed by SLAS. Sharing of badges against this policy will result in removal from the event, loss of current and future registration and exhibitor privileges.

BADGE REPRINT. A non-refundable €250 fee will be charged for the replacement of lost, forgotten, or stolen badges. Replacements of damaged or Incorrect Badges will not be charged a reprint fee when the damaged or incorrect badge is surrendered at registration. Reprints are only issued to the Attendee named in the original registration record confirmed by SLAS. A valid photo ID must be presented to obtain a reprinted badge. SLAS reserves the right to deny reprint requests for any reason.

WEAPON POLICY. Weapons of any type, functional or non-functional, such as firearms, swords, knives, throwing knives, crossbows, stars, bows, boomerangs, darts, tazers, etc. are strictly prohibited at the Event.

SAFE MEETING GUIDELINES. SLAS will adhere to and publish safe meeting guidelines developed in conjunction with the event facility and applicable governing bodies. By registering for this event, participants agree to abide by the guidelines in place at the time of the live event. Safety guidelines will be communicated to registrants via e-mail and the SLAS event website in advance of arrival at the event facility. SLAS reserves the right to remove non-compliant participants from the event without refund.

VAT: GERMAN VAT. Please note that mentioned prices are VAT excluded. The standard German VAT rate is 19% and it will be charged on all registrations.

When registering for SLAS Europe 2025 Conference and Exhibition, you acknowledge receiving the SLAS Privacy Notice (https://www.slas.org/privacy-notice-non-eu/ for non-EU residents or https://www.slas.org/privacy-notice-eu/ for EU/UK residents) and will be required to agree to the registration terms and conditions. No one under the age of 16, including infants, will be admitted to the event. Everyone 16 years of age and older must register. There are no exceptions. Proof of age may be required.
