UPCHARGE OPTIONS FOR BOOTH

CORNER LOCATION
€350* (per corner)

30% DEPOSIT DUE by 21 November 2022.
Payment options include wire transfer and credit card.
Exhibitors failing to make the final payment as required will forfeit their right to participate as an exhibitor and lose their deposit.

The final payment is due by 16 January 2023.

Applications received must be accompanied by a nonrefundable deposit in the amount of 30% of the total space rental charges (not including VAT). Applications received without such payment will not be processed nor will space assignment be made. The balance of the space rental charge will become due and payable on 16 January 2023. Applications submitted after 16 January 2023 must be accompanied by payment IN FULL of the space rental charges. Applications received without such payment will not be processed nor will space assignment be made.

All cancellations of space must be received in writing. If space is reduced, the net reduction of space will be treated as a cancellation of that space. If Show Management receives a written request for cancellation of space prior to 16 January 2023 the exhibitor will be liable for 30% of the total space rental charges. No refunds will be made after 16 January 2023.
