Access to content on-demand is included with full conference registration. All other participants will have the opportunity to purchase the content a la carte in SLAS APPLIED post-event.

Content includes:

Details regarding which sessions will be available on-demand will be available as the event date approaches be available within APPLIED as soon as is possible post-event.

Please note there is no live streaming registration option for this event.

Short course registration is not included in the conference registration fee schedule above and is an additional cost. You may add short courses to your conference registration at any time Short courses will be held on Tuesday 23 May.

SLAS is pleased to offer deeply discounted registration to students. Students should be prepared to upload a copy of their valid and current student ID at the time of registration. Student registrations will not be confirmed until a valid copy of student ID is received by SLAS. See the registration grid above for student registration pricing. Please note student conference registration does not include Short Course registration; a discounted rate for Short Courses is available to students.

Complimentary registration is available upon request and qualification for currently unemployed individuals wishing to attend SLAS Europe 2023. The waiver request form is available using the online form. Once an individual's application is reviewed and approved, the Registration Manager will provide a code to be used for complimentary registration within 7-10 business days. Fee waiver is for main registration fee only. Short courses and other add-on options are an additional fee.

In order to register at the discounted rate(s) as noted above, SLAS must receive all registration forms and payment by the appropriate date, as listed below. Registrations are not honored until payment is received.

*If your SLAS membership expires before 31 December 2023, you must renew your membership prior to taking advantage of the member discounts for the conference. You may renew your membership during the conference registration process.

Online registration for SLAS Europe 2023 is the only advance registration method as it allows for immediate confirmation and secure payment processing. All conference registration information, including credit card information, is handled by a secure server.

Participants who register online will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately upon successful completion of the registration; if you do not receive a confirmation, please contact SLAS Europe 2023 Registration or call +1.301.263.3458.

To request an invitation letter for purposes of applying for a travel visa, complete the registration process first, and then complete the Visa Invitation Request Form. Upon review/approval, we will provide an invitation letter to you via email within 7-10 business days.

SLAS has no influence on the decision of any Belgium embassy or consulate to approve or reject any application for a visa to enter Belgium. As an applicant, it is your responsibility to present legitimate reasons for attending SLAS Europe 2023 and provide all necessary documentation to support your request for a visa. Badges will not be mailed in advance of SLAS Europe 2023. Due to potential safety measures needed at this in-person event, information regarding badge pickup will be confirmed as the conference approaches. Each individual must pick up their own registration badge. The following items must be presented at onsite registration (no exceptions - mobile versions are permitted):

• Photo ID
• Registration Confirmation

Registration Hours:

All full conference in-person participants will be e-mailed content access credentials as soon as the content is available in APPLIED post-event. Exhibition-Only registrants will not have access to the on-demand content, but may purchase on-demand access to content via APPLIED directly post-event.

Cancellation Requests: Conference and/or Short Course registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to SLAS Europe Registration.

Please note, if approved, all refunds will be issued in the same format as payment was received. All cancellations will be processed, and refunds distributed within 30 days of the close of the conference. The following cancellation request deadlines apply:

• On or before 3 April 2023: subject to a €50 administrative fee
• After 3 April 2023: not refundable

Substitutions: Can be made at any time with no charge incurred to the registrant by emailing SLAS Europe Registration with the name of the original registrant and name/email address of the substitute.

Changes to Registration Type: Those wishing to change their registration type or to transfer their registration to another individual, must do so by contacting SLAS Europe Registration at SLASEuropeReg@discoversb.com.

• Before 3 April 2023: Changes may be made at no additional charge. Applicable refunds will be processed accordingly and applied to the same method as payment received.
• After 3 April 2023: A change fee of €50 will apply to all changes in registration. Downgrades in registration type are not permitted as of this date.  

Membership Fees: Membership dues refunds for dues purchased via registration must be approved by SLAS and are not refundable via event registration. To request a membership dues refund, please contact SLAS Membership.
