Getting to the Venue

Airport and Ground Transportation

Heathrow Airport is approximately 110 KM from Central Cambridge

There are several ways to travel from London Heathrow to Central Cambridge. The trip is approximately 2.5 hrs via public transport or 1.5 hrs via car.

Public Transport

Take the Heathrow Express to London Paddington, then take the London Underground ("tube") to London Kings Cross. You will need a Circle Line or Hammersmith and City train going Eastbound. From London Kings Cross, take the train to Cambridge. The Heathrow Express is quicker to go to central London than taking the tube all the way, but does involve more changes.

Take the London Underground ("tube") from Heathrow to London Kings Cross. You will need a Piccadilly line train going Eastbound. From London Kings Cross, take the train to Cambridge.

Take a National Express coach from Heathrow to Cambridge. This will take you direct to Central Cambridge.

Car Service: Arrange for a car to meet you at Heathrow. If you pre-book and are travelling in a group, this can be more cost effective and easier than taking public transport. There are various car services that offer transfer from Heathrow, including The Chauffeur Group.

London Stansted Airport is approximately 45 KM from Central Cambridge

The quickest way to arrive to Central Cambridge from London Stansted is via the National Express coach. There are several routes available from the London Stansted airport Coach Station. Tickets average about £10 each way and the total trip time is approximately 1 hour each way.

London Luton Airport is approximately 65 KM from Central Cambridge

The quickest way to arrive to Central Cambridge from London Luton is via the National Express coach. There are several routes available from the London Luton. Tickets average about £12 each way and the total trip time is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes each way.
