Panel: Communicate with Your Stakeholders

In this session, the panel will discuss stakeholder communication. Topics may include:

• who is your stakeholder and why,
• how important he/she is,
• how to determine the most efficient means of communication (meeting/call), 
• format of communication -- what should the message be and how to deliver it, and
• how to communicate good and bad news to get the best response.

Adam Stoten, Ph.D., RTTP, Senior Vice President of Academic Partnerships, Evotec SE
Stoten is responsible for creating new international BRIDGE partnerships to accelerate the translation of academic science into new therapeutics. Prior to Evotec, Stoten was Chief Operating Officer and board director at Oxford University Innovation Ltd. (OUI). While at OUI he was a member of the team that negotiated the Oxford COVID vaccine partnership with AstraZeneca, was a founding director of Vaccitech Ltd. and EvOx Therapeutics Ltd. and was a co-architect of Evotec's first BRIDGE: LAB282.
